Dynamic Tabs for Prototyping

Hi All,

I am building a HTML CSS and JQuery based clickable prototype and i am
in need of Dynamic Tabs.

Can anyone suggest easiest and best Dynamic tabs (where i can open and
close tabs randomly), online downloadable files are ok.
